Breakfast is important!

I have chosen this post because I have learnt that breakfast is one of the most incredible food that we should eat as well as knowing the facts that we should all eat breakfast everyday.
What we did was that we had to write a letter.On the letter we had to write to children to try and persuade them to never skip breakfast and eat breakfast so they can get enough energy.
What I enjoyed was trying to think up some new ideas and also trying the voice google to talk to and then it will type it up instead of typing it up using my bare hands.
What was challenging was speaking through the google voice because some of the words that I said came up wrong and then I had to go back and edit it.
I overcame this challenge by editing it and saying it slowly so that the app could hear what was saying and then had to go back and edit y work but luckily it fixed all my mistakes.

Hello my Name is Caroline Aleki. I am writing to you to say that think that you should NEVER EVER skip breakfast,you will see soon why I think this.


I say this  because you (the children)are getting hungry and sleepy,and when that happens,your mind will be set on food instead of the work and when that happens,than you will be asked questions by the teacher but the whole time you weren’t even listening!


Another  Reason that I think you just want to skip breakfast to lose weight but then actually you are  gaining more way   by Having food that is over rated for your body.And  when you eat does types of food,it won’t give you enough fiber and energy that you really need.


There are loads of other reasons that you should be eating breakfast as well as getting more energy!Breakfast is different from your dinner and your morning tea.So I think that breakfast is important for us!
